How we work together

1. Services

Pixel Gyroscope provides custom digital services including web design, development, UX/UI design, SEO optimization, and consulting.

Project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in written agreements or accepted proposals.

2. Payments

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Payments must be made within agreed invoice terms (typically 5–10 days).
• Work may be paused in case of late payment.
• Deposits explicitly marked as non-refundable remain non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled after work has started, charges are calculated proportionally based on completed work (reference rate €25/hour unless otherwise agreed).

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and materials
• Ensure legal rights to all provided content
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Use delivered services lawfully

Project timelines automatically extend when delays are caused by the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client as defined in the project agreement.

Pixel Gyroscope retains ownership of general know-how, development methods, and non-client-specific techniques.

Portfolio display occurs only with client permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on third-party platforms or providers.

Pixel Gyroscope is not responsible for outages, service interruptions, policy changes, or failures caused by third parties.

6. Maintenance & Security

After project delivery, Pixel Gyroscope is not responsible for security issues, downtime, or updates unless a separate maintenance agreement exists.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixel Gyroscope from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from content or materials provided by the Client, intellectual property violations, illegal or misleading content, or the Client's use of the delivered website or services.

Pixel Gyroscope has no obligation to verify the legality of Client-provided materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Gyroscope shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Banja Luka unless otherwise agreed.

10. Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
